No Show Policy

If you need to cancel/reschedule an appointment, please be sure to call 24 hours in advance of the appointment for one child and 48 hours for multiple children. If you do not give advance notice, it will be considered a No Show. You will receive a warning after 1 (one) No Show and then you will be required to pay a fee of $25.00 per no show before scheduling another appointment.
