Kids is Teens Primary Healthcare is still providing essential healthcare to
our patients. We are taking every precautionary measure to keep you and your
family safe while visiting here in the office during this COVID-19 Pandemic.
We are cleaning and disinfecting our office constantly throughout the day.
We are taking temperatures on everyone who walks through our door. Mask are
REQUIRED when visiting our
office. If you do not have a mask, one will be provided to you. We are
practicing social distancing for our patients by eliminating wait times in
the lobby.
We are now offering
Telemedicine
. With this service you can have a virtual visit with your doctor for most
visits including Wellness visits. In some cases you may be required
to visit us here in the office for your medical needs.
Now is a good time to get your Routine Physical Exams or Sports
Physicals. The following age groups have
requirements for the
upcoming school year.
4-5 Years of age- Well Child check & Vaccines to enter into Pre-K &
Kindergarten
11-12 Years of age- Physical Exam & Vaccines to enter into Middle
School
16-17 Years of age- Physical Exam &
required Meningococcal
Vaccine to enter in to the 11th Grade.

Welcome to Kids & Teens Primary Healthcare located in Decatur, GA. We appreciate the opportunity to acquaint you with our practice. Kids & Teens Primary Healthcare was founded in 2006 by Dr. Byron Cotton who has held clinical positions with Children's Healthcare of Atlanta . Dr. Cotton is well respected among his colleagues as he has been recognized as one of "Atlanta's Top Doctors" in Atlanta Magazine yearly from 2009 thru 2017.
At Kids & Teens Primary Healthcare, we provided comprehensive medical care to patients from birth through 21 years of age. We are committed to providing quality medical care to our patients in a compassionate manner. We offer convenient office hours including some evenings and Saturdays. The staff are professional and friendly. Our patients and caregivers develop a relationship based upon trust and mutual respect as they receive guidance from our providers.
Our providers encourage preventative measures to reduce the probability of illnesses and disease. Per the American Academy of Pediatrics guidelines, it is essential to have children receive appropriate well visits.
